Leadership and team development coaching, training, and facilitations
Megan Koh has been a Leadership and Team Development coach, trainer, and facilitator since 2017. Her single-minded professional focus is to help others get work done.
The problem with work is rarely the work.
The problem with work is often everything surrounding the work: people, politics, culture, conflict, movement, motivation.
What do you need to get work to work?
Honesty
Safety in honesty. Kindness in honesty. Care in honesty. A roadmap for handling disagreements.
Change
Acceptance of change. A team that is ready to evolve. A plan to communicate change that actually makes sense.
Feedback
Regular feedback. Specific feedback. Feedback that is actually internalized, not just ignored.
Leadership
Goals. Unity on your goals. An individual-level understanding of what it will take to accomplish your goals.
Development
Meaningful development. Strengthening strengths. Growing out of weaknesses.
Collaboration
Pulling personal agendas into the team. Buy-in and motivation. Fun.
If you want to get work done, let’s get everything to work.
